Alright, yesterday SUCKED.
After following a diet - not really a diet, simply watching what I ate, for over a week - I *had* to have a break.
Brownies, Chili's (restaurant), and more were all within my gluttony for the day...
...it's ok though, I lost 4.2lbs the prior week - and now I'm back on everything again.
Need to do my exercise for the day, just the treadmill - but 2.5 miles a day on it. I could really feel the burn yesterday, my legs hadn't hurt that bad in awhile.
Suffering from illness is a real b*tch - it limits what I can do, so the treadmill is about it for right now.
Medication helps (methadone), but it still doesn't kill all the pain.
I've got to outweigh the bad (pain) with the good (weight loss) - so I suppose exercise is the less of the two evils...
