I think, even fruit, is not helpful to eat at night. A small stirring of hunger when I’ve had an adequate dinner is not worth eating for, it could be what messed up my sleep and could contribute to weight gain/breaking abstinence as the time of day is a problem as well as the previous sweets. Yea or decaf would be ok if we’re staying up to watch something.
