I did much better today than last week. Most importantly I went to a gym tow days in a row. Yesterday was my running day - 25 min run + walking/40 min total/3.15 miles/500 Cals. Today I did 20 min warm=up on a bile (164 Cals burned) and an amazing upper body workout + abs. I feel better and even my shoulder that has been bothering me since I lost my trainer is much better. I have to complete 2 more runs this week and a legs workout.
I am worried about this weekend. I have to babysit my friends twins and a 5 yo all weekend. They alway put me under a lot of stress and my diet is always ruined afterwards. Hopefully this time will be different and easier.
I tried a single serving flax pancake with protein - yam!!! and black bean burgers - even better!!!
