Ok, today has been busy. Started with walking Shotzie her 15 minutes, then spent 1hr watering all my plants & shrubs early this morning, since we're not getting any rain.
Then went shopping to catch a few sales at Penney's, bought a few items to take to Arizona.
Made Linda's Deep Dish Pizza again today, only this time I refrigerated the bottom layer, until we were ready to eat & fix the toppings. It was great, even better this time. Only ate 2 pieces and was full.
Still don't know what I'm suppose to do when I'm not hungry and don't want to eat, am i suppose to force myself to eat something ? Anybody else having this issue ?
Going to do a lot of on-line surfing for more recipes. I'm not the best cook, not my favorite thing to do. I know a lot of people really enjoy cooking, and making casseroles and spending a lot of time cooking, I'm not one of them !!! I like easy & fast meal preparations, but also tasty :)
Well, better get to surfing for recipes !
