It's 30 weeks until we usher in a new year. What do you want to accomplish in that time frame?

210 days to start a new year in better health with less weight & more focus.
So many of you inspire me here on FS: thank you! Many of you support me even when my weight loss efforts have stalled: I appreciate you!
Time to get my a$$ in gear and do what needs doing!
