Diario de Lyds85, 30 jul. 11

Sometimes when i think about how much weight i have to lose i feel soooo overwhelmed. and pissed off that i let myself get this heavy. argh.
but I've been really eating much healthier this past week, im so proud of myself. i wasnt feeling motivated and feeling unsure that i could stick to my healthy new lifestyle. I was hoping to weigh myself but the batteries in my scale died so i will have to wait. I feel great though.
Just trying to take this lifestyle change one day at a time. i know i will get there eventually!

I can understand and relate. I lost 65 pounds and slowly (quickly) regained it. It was a long hard process to loose and then I just went back to old habits and not exercising and now I have to start over again.
