Hi Sara - I'm Nan! :) I have found that sitting on an exercise ball as a chair is an easy way to build core muscles without it seeming like exercise. It also doesn't hurt the joints (yay! NO impact).
Balancing on the ball makes everything work in ways that are surprisingly intense and beneficial. The ball helped me find my waist again. Who would have thought I'd find it while sitting at my desk!
