Yesterday was the last day of the Low Carb 30 Day Keto diet. I lost a total of 13 pounds. Now I'm back to just Low Carb/Paleo eating. Might not lose as fast now but it's healthy. And if you try, you can make about anything you like using substitute ingredients. I like Breakfast Pizza, and cheesecake. Really the sky's the limit.
