I think this is just a correction from Monday- I had a salty dinner on Sunday. I’m working on just weighing myself two days a week, M and F. I also know I came down an inch at my waist which feels miraculous. That to me is real progress, when my body starts to change and not just the scale. Down 10 total, another 10 to go.

Same. I love see the numbers fall on the scale but when my body changes is when I feel real satisfaction. 🎉
