Serendipity, you can buy low carb tortillas in the regular grocery store. I buy Mission brand. Ole also makes some but I find them a bit gummy.

@jipper500 The brown balls are a falafel cut in half. Knorr makes a falafel mix that is extremely easy (just sdd water, wait ten minutes, shape into balls & fry). You can also do them in an air fryer I’m told, which I will try next time!
The cucumbers just have a tablespoon of cucumber ranch dressing.
I would usually eat this on pita or naan bread, but the tortilla is lower in carbs & calories.

@diana1234 I was buying the low carb Mission tortillas too. But then I found these La Banderita brand, which have even fewer carbs & are only 45 calories!

I wish I could eat those tortillas but I'm not a fan of the texture. Nothing beats a bagel.

I love the La Banderita low carb, low calorie tortillas! Can have 2 for much fewer calories than 1 of other tortilla brands.
