So no real answer on what cream will help my skin jump back better. I've read taking Vitamin C will help, but I already do that. A couple other vitamins might help, but I'm not willing to go pill crazy just yet. So the only results from my research and advice was just to moisturize. Everyone has their own cream they prefer. All very logical. So I'm gonna hit Shoppers Drug Mart on Saturday and see what they recommend.
So on to my modified C25K workouts... I've been doing it, and apparently in running, I use a lot more of the inner leg muscles than I do with any other exercises. I'm sore on my inner leg muscles... which is a very weird feeling! I've figured out how to stretch them more, so I'm hoping it'll be a little better.
Other than that... I have to teach a different course in September for work in Halifax, Nova Scotia. So I spent some time today booking flights, hotel and co-ordinating time off for the DH who can take a few days to come check out Halifax after I'm done teaching the course! It was kinda sad we couldn't work something out on my PEI trip, but Nova Scotia is still great!
So that's my life today... onwards to tomorrow!
