weight stayed the same that's better than a gain. Gotta go grocery shopping today and get fruit well the hubby is cause I hate Walmart and don't want to go. we are dog sitting for his mom and I will be staying home with the dog he has to much anxiety when left alone. Have a great day everyone. getting ready to do my exercises and resistance bands and walking.

Absolutely I can't stand going to Walmart to shop they never have what we need anyway.

I gave up on Walmart many many years ago... it became a waste of my time. any savings I may have had, were eaten away by the cost of the petrol to get there and back. I can shop local, get great deals and it is all within walking distance... or now within Mobility scooter distance.
