Very interesting....I just read through all my journal entries from my initial success with weight loss until now, starting in May 2011. I seem to learn and forget the same lessons over and over again, sigh.
But, I keep saying this is a journey and like any good journey, the process is just as important as the destination.
I have had a setback with my walking, which has been a discouragement. I was walking around 5 miles per day very diligently until I tore the meniscus in my knee and then as a result of walking out of balance, caused hip problems. The knee is fixed, but I cannot seem to get my body to work properly and walking causes pain.
I suppose I should try low-impact exercise (swimming) but that is not very convenient or compatible to my schedule. So I'll keep eating light and keeping it to 20 ish carbs per day. Onward......
