No change, well, I'm down from yesterday, but I didn't post yesterday because I was frustrated. Friday I will be moving back into some serious training, working out 6 days a week, upping my calories. So I expect to probably gain 10 pounds, minimum...so expect the weight to fluctuate over the next couple of months.
