Everyday for the last 3 weeks I have worked out doing 1 hr of cardio and strength training 3 days a week for 30 minutes. Today my workout partner decides she has something for us to give us a change of pace. So I met her at the local football field. I felt like I was in boot camp! We pushed a tire for the length of the field doing a full squat each time. My hips and arms are sore but it was so fun.
Before I found out that I was pregnant last year I lost 20lbs with weight watchers. I am so excited to be starting weight watchers again this Saturday. Overall it has been a good week. I can't wait to start seeing some progress.
