I'm actually okay with this. We unintentially had a cookout 3/4 of the days this weekend for Labor day, so i feel like i came out relatively unscathed. I never felt like i over ate, but recognized that the foods i did eat were more calorie dense. Also my Uncle made homemade ice cream so i partook in some of that. I expect the number to drop next week and will do my best to ensure that happens.
