this is homemade quiche using trader Joe's pie crust. inside is spinach, leek, and mushroom, and it was so good, but calorically expensive!

Make it a crustless quiche can you have significantly less calories in the dish. I personally find it fun to just spray down a muffin tin with some zero calorie cooking spray and use that for my crustless quiches and then just eat a couple at a time and freeze the rest for easy access snacks. Changing your cheese if you added any cheese might also reduce your calories using a mixture of half egg whites to one one half reg eggs would also do that as well.
