The scale is back up to to 234 this morning and I know I haven’t consumed the calories to have gained that in fat. I must be retaining fluids and my stomach is not processed my food right. But I also have been home sick for 2.5 days from work. I go back in today and don’t feel the greatest but I’m not rich lol. So I must work!

You will be moving in the right direction soon- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS YOU’RE FEELNG BETTER!!!! And will continue to get better and better -HEALTH IS WEALTH!! Thank yourself foe feeling better and sticking it out when you don’t feel like it-HIGH FIVE YOURSELF!!! (oh and going to work sucks a** ESPECIALLY when you have to😉)
