I had the rapid weight gain the first few days, that was obviously just filling up on carbs. Now it's a slower gain, I can see and feel the difference. Not too much longer, and I'll switch things up, go back to burning fat while maintaining muscle. It'll be interesting to see where I'm at by the end of the year.
