This all looks good. Let me know how your chili & pie went at work. Will be showing this pie to my vegan daughter. I hear her vegan offerings are well received at the 2 holiday potlucks. They even started giving her grocery gift cards, instead of the turkey and ham. Happy skiing if you can make it happen!  

Will do, FoodyDuty! My coworkers generally like my cooking. If your daughter hasn't discovered it yet, the It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken website has amazing recipes. I made her Swedish meatballs last night, and oh my goodness, they were good! Make it Dairy Free is another good one. 

I will be checking that website out also. I used to love Swedish meatballs when i was a kid (grandpa was all Swedish). Looks so 😋 yummy 

I will also pass those websites on to her, just in case she hasn’t seen! The meatballs sound like a tasty find,

Thanks, Morticia! FoodyDuty -- hope she likes it! YOH -- they're a bit of a process to make, but they are good. My husband has been hooked on her Italian meatballs for a while now. I made her cashew cream recipe to use in the gravy for the Swedish meatballs
