Diario de Shrinking Sonya, 22 sep. 09

I guess I'm not consuming enough calories. This is the part that gets tough when I diet! I've been losing pretty well and now I'm back at the gym 3-4 times a week. Maybe that's the difference- I'm working out at the gym, so I should be consuming more calories to be able to burn more. I'm not sure. I could really use some advice, though, because I don't want to get into a slump. I'll weigh this evening but I think I've only lost one or two pounds.
