Not big in calories, but massive in volume, considering the calories. Over 700g in food, with less than 700cal. And it works for me to keep me full, and cut back on calorie intake.

yeah, I understand, It’s the proper balanced diet, more veggies and fiber fill your stomach correctly so it directs the signal to the brain that you are full.
