Today is the first day of October. Would it be unreasonable of me to hope that I am well under 90 kgs by the end of the month? I return to work in a week and a half and I am worried that my eating plan will not be successful whilst I am at work, considering I can't do my own cooking sometimes for 3 or 4 days at a time - and I rely on eating out. I will need to make good choices, and ask places to refrain from putting bread on my plate... I can still have my coffee and protein shake for breakfast - maybe some eggs without bread for lunch and dinner will always be a chicken salad whilst I am at work - (easy to get from Subway). Tonight is a belated birthday celebration (at a greek restaurant) but tomorrow morning back to strict LCHF diet. I felt ok when I was in Ketosis...
