Diario de notfast, 14 ago. 11

Nice cooler day today, only 86 with north breeze, really nice. Shotzie walked, then little gardening today.

Think I did better today about eating veggies thru day, or at least tried. Tried summer squash tonight, not too bad cooked in a little butter with seasonings.

Tomorrow a new week starting :)

The cooler days makes it easier to walk..for sure...I love to walk as well and use my treadmill all year long...with my Wii...when the weather is not fit enough to go out...Thanks for the buddy request..Lets get busy and become real healthy....everyone calls me Bren....Have a good evening and week....
