My eating is so bad these days 😭 don’t have time for normal meals, so I only have porridge at home and a sandwich on my way back almost every day 🫢 (and snacks between them) I don’t eat a lot, but the amount of carbs can prevent from losing weight ☹️ we’ll find out in a couple of days, already nervous
