I did go over on my calorie intake by just a little bit yesterday. I have been doing pretty good but the pasta is what gets me considering it is full of carbs and calories. I am going to try and do some exercising this weekend to try and get in a a habit of doing it so that when next week comes I will be able to keep it up. I have to remember what I am doing this for.
