So happy! Back in old clothing, barely changed eating just been super active but know that will have to change in the new year to keep losing weight.
Working Christmas in a supermarket is definitely helping get the steps in but not good seeing all the yummy Xmas food I want to buy. Putting a pause for the next 2 weeks to enjoy and not feel guilty.
