Recipe is super easy! Preheat oven to 380. (My husband picked up the salad cut ones but either way is fine) Slice / chop the hearts of palm up fairly small. Toss with 1tsp olive oil and half tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano leaves. Spread in single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, move around with spatula (I use wooden bc metal rips the foil). Place back in the oven for 10 minutes and turn the heat up to 400. Move around with spatula and place back in for 5 minutes at a time moving / unsticking in between until as crispy as you like. Put in bowl with truffle salt (to taste can also be regular salt), black pepper (to taste), and 1tbsp grated parm. Mix. Enjoy!
