Day 5 of 28 day challenge Done and dusted. Taking 1 day at a time. NSV is to feel healthier and be in control of my eating habits.. IF NSV feeling mire energetic and no unnecessary snacking. Today I met up with my sisters and just drank water. I even bought me sparkling water instead of cooldrink. I must continue to make it a lifestyle. I'm not doing any formof exercise but I'm keeping myself busy. Today hubby suggested that the family must start walking together again, especially our Saturday walks. Looking forward to some lifestyle changes.
