Yesterday Lunch: Baked potato, protein shake, strawberries Snack: Cinnamon square (bad I know) Dinner: Banana, tomatoes, cucumber, wheat thins and peanut butter Dessert: Culver’s ice cream and fries It was a drive and pick up my daughter day, so those always involve Culver’s if it’s open.
Didn’t lose anything this morning, which is ok. I have to keep reminding myself that 1 pound a week is healthy. I know I should just weigh myself once a week, but I’ve always been a little obsessive and I use that to determine how to eat today. Like if I had been up 2 lbs or something, I would make sure to avoid sugar, or hydrate really really well or avoid salt. Various things based on what I ate the day before. I won’t, however, weigh myself night and morning. I’ll try not not weigh up every day; not making any promises.
