I feel so disgusting! I have the food hangover from HELL! Yesterday we were out all day, and because I had been so good during the week, I decided to have a "cheat day". Not a good idea. I ate what I wanted to, and now I feel awful. Pain in my tummy and I feel nothing but bloated. BAD BAD IDEA! Back to it today. I didn't weigh in because I don't want to get discouraged. I am back on track, and won't be doing that again any time soon!

Then it was worth doing. Next time you contemplate it you will remember how bad you felt and maybe it will stop you. Don't be too hard on yourself. We only fail if we give up trying.

Glad you're back on the horse now (sort of speak) ! The body gets used to the good food and it starts to reject crap.. ;)

Yes, after 1 day of eating back to normal, I have only ended up with .2 kg extra. Now lets get rid of that .2 and onward and downward! Thankyou for your support everyone :)

One day won't make much difference in the long run. Weight improvement is a long term lifestyle and one day a fortnight or one meal a week isn't going to stop you. Don't worry about it, but don't do it regularly.

jm.beanstalk, thankyou, of course you are right with what you said. One day every now and again will be ok - as long as its not every day or week. Its about a lifestyle change overall. We are going to have those days (like birthdays and christmas) that we might eat something that we really shouldn't (especially if we are trying to drop the kilo's) but every other day perhaps we should really make an effort to make good choices with what we eat. The weight didn't pile on in a week or a month.. It took quite some time to accumulate, so we shouldn't expect it to drop immediately, just as long as the general direction over time is down. :)

I only eat 600 calories and burn 2800 everyday ,but i put on 0.2kg in these two days.😂

I can put on 0.2 kg by drinking a glass of water. Constant 600 calorie days sounds dangerous. Your body might go into a starvation mode which might not be good.
