Ten days ago, I restarted the Mastering Diabetes plan. I did it once before, so I know it works…just was hard to sustain. With my fasting blood sugar at 286-300, and most medicines off the table due to reactions/intolerance, and the doc says low dose insulin next…I made a decision to try again. I have never been a fan of “more meds”, because to me its like a green light to eat whatever I want and let the meds do the work. Ten days and my fasting sugar is 147. A couple hours After lunch, 109. Those are really good numbers…and that I do want to sustain. Fat secret macros tracker has been an irreplaceable help! I plan to go back to episode 2 of mastering diabetes podcast and listen to them all again ❤️
