A lot of changes at work causing a whole lot of stress. Which has led me to not eating properly. I am on overnights this weekend due to inventory Sunday night/Monday morning. So my dietary logs are a bit off. I have a lot of bloat, so that tells me I'm heavy with water weight.
On a good note, I did measurements tonight/this morning. I am down another inch around the waist :D
I added weights while I walk on my treadmill. I find a comfortable stride and as of right now, 2 pounds per hand. I incorporate reps of 10 curls while walking. Killing two birds with one stone. I am glad I found my weights finally from when I moved. I was worried I had lost them.
Time to get back on track.
