Well, it's been 6 months since I've written in my journal! I've lost 60 lbs since Feb. and I feel amazing! Yesterday I finally went back to Curves and plan to go at least 3 times a week, I felt great after my workout but let me tell you my body hurts..haha! In May I went to the Mayan Riviera for 2 weeks and had a blast! My hubby and I are going back in Feb. for our 25th wedding anniversary and I will be at my goal weight! I just have to say that I've had ups and downs in the last 6 months but that's cus I'm not perfect...but very determined!! I'm losing weight by counting my calories every day, I keep track of all the food I've eaten and don't allow myself more than 1,500 cals. per day! Also I started walking before the weather turned too hot! As already mentioned, I'm increasing my excercise now by going to Curves!! Oh, btw..if I can do this, so can you!
