Diario de Valerie Emi, 13 feb. 24

So... About 2 weeks I didn't lose weight. That was like emotional damage and I was so sad.
On Friday I tried to speak with other people, who are at the healthy lifestyle and asked them to check my "programme" to understand, where am I wrong.
They said that I need... To eat more!
1250-1300ccal per day is too small for me and they suggested to me eatore and continue to work in a gym. So I decided to turn the weekend into the Cheat days... (Pizzas, cakes, a little bit of my favourite wine and no calories counting at all).
Today I lost 0,6kg since 2 weeks of "plato". I'm really happy and now I know, that I need to eat approx. 1400-1500 ccal per day 💪🏻

I want to say THANK YOU TO ALL PEOPLE, WHO SUPPORT ME AND GIVES ME ADVICES ABOUT MY SITUATION 💜
