Life has been turned upside down
I'm hoping that next week, I can get back to getting motivated to work out🤞🤞

I most likely will lose some lbs since Lent has arrived
I have given up chips, chocolate, cookies, alcohol & coffee😬
I seem to be getting headaches in the late afternoon 😩
I read somewhere that if you stop drinking coffee, you can get headaches, but it's weird because I have coffee in the mornings & my headaches are happening in the late afternoon 💁🏼‍♀️

Anyhoo, what did you give up for Lent (if you observe)??

Lima beans! Long running joke with a friend. I don't give up food items; I do life things instead. You have quite a list. I hope you are successful in your efforts and the benefits you will gain.

Headache could be many things. Water, low salt, lower caffeine. I only drink 1 cup max a day. I've given it up too.
