So starving right now!!!!
Usually this time on a Friday night my one hand would be in a bag of chips & my other hand holding some for of alcohol lol

I did not. But it sure seemed like a great idea at the time! But I’m working too hard at the moment chasing those fat loss goals! 🏃‍♂️ And alcohol is one of the worst “blockers” that goal, sadly. 😜

I almost never drink now. It's been a game changer on my food cravings and weight. Good for you. It's just bad for ya. Have some meat. Maybe sliced steak or sandwich meat for snacking. It won't raise your insulin and blood sugar, has nutrients and more satisfying than a piece of white bread. You'll make it! Cutting out the bad, replace with something good 👍
