Thx Windy Day, same here too; had a light meal at breakfast; but mostly taking in fluids probably the next few day will be the same. Still have to get at least 30 minutes of walking in daily but doubt I’ll put up the numbers I was for a week or two.

Best thing to do, Rob. What do they say.. feed a cold, starve a fever? Just take it easy til you're feeling yourself again. If you have what I had recently, it zaps your strength big time.

@Marlene get serious; I was out doing things after the shots, the very next day ie yesterday I went to Dr. was told it was a upper respiratory infection cause by a virus and that I ha allergy related rhinitis; was put on steroids for 10 days. Was told to take in 190 grams of protein, and lower the fat intake and not to worry so much about carbs. Right now my carbs and protein gram is the same both are at 186grams each and my fat grams are 70. Yesterday I did 104.04 in protein, 52.54 grams of carbs and 45.45 grams of fat. Just a bit under half of what I have my rdi set at. But ended up burning 1227 in active calories and over all calories was near 4000. Did over 13000 steps and walked 5.3 miles very slowly. I feel like I was run over by a freight train, but will be fine.

Viruses are a fickle creature in that their aim is to self replicate in a body in hopes of being spread to another body to start the process all over again. You just need to ride out the storm and go easy on yourself. In about 10 days (or less depending on your body) you should be feeling much better. Listen to your body and it will help guide you in your progress through the nastiness of the damn virus. And drinking lots of fluids will help to flush said virus from your body. You've got this!!
