I’d eat everything but the cucumbers; they give me gas and indigestion. But that’s my choice for a salad though as you already know.

MarleneGetSerious; I’ve removed the peel and seeds before, I can’t digest it properly and it bloats me so bad it hurts. Even pickles do the same thing. Over the last few years I’ve had digestive issues; I don’t process foods correctly and don’t get all the nutrients I need.
