WE have been manipulated via all of those to control our minds and make us feel "not worthy". WE ARE ALL WORTHY...WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL. When you look in the mirror remind yourself that your beauty comes from your parents, grand parents, great grandparents and all your ancestors. They had very hard times, had good times, had times they did not feel "beautiful" BUT THEY WERE...they provide life for you to LIVE freely. This includes freeing your mind from all the brain washing of us not being "beautiful" or "worthy". When you have those moments that you dont feel good about your looks...THINK ABOUT YOUR ANCESTORS AND BE PROUD THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN LIFE TO EXPLORE & BE LOVED ON PLANET EARTH. LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH A FREE MINDSET. SET YOUR MIND FREE...BELIEVE IN YOURSELF...BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL (BECAUSE YOU ARE), BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO (BECAUSE YOU CAN!). 🌷💚🌷

Thank yewwwww purple ash Diana Madeline and and katsolo! 🥹 Tcbee you are right because I actually do that now 😩 I am 35 and I look back at my pictures from 3-4-5-10 years ago when I felt not good enough not thin enough not pretty enough and now am like darn I wish I looked like that now 😭 Jjbbee thank you for the encouragement logically I know you are correct and I mentally coach myself and say you are alive you are blessed you are beautifully and wonderfully made but then emotionally it’s hard not to let those lies creep in and compare . I do not have any social media for that reason but in todays day and age it doesn’t quite stop you from seeing all the “perfection” and success and wonder why you still can’t seem to hit your goal

you look great! it's easy to get Into our own heads we are always far more critical of ourselves 

I used to feel that way when I was much younger and much lighter, (in fact, I was anorexic). Now I want to kick the younger me 'what was I thinking'?! But with age comes wisdom and a hefty amount of Give a F-ness. You will not only master your negative self speak you will master the GAF too! You look fab, glad to hear you are having a good reflection!

You look great!!! But I get what you are saying, there are plenty of times I look in the mirror and still see the 304 pound version of me! When this happens I think back to how I felt at that weight and how much better I physically feel now and it definitely helps put things in perspective. Keep up the good work! 👍🏻😊
