Now that I’m paying attention…who knew that egg whites contained sodium? Not a ton, but it surprised me. I set my daily bar at 2300mg and it hasn’t been a struggle to be under. Breakfast: egg whites, black beans, part-skim mozzarella, avocado, tomatoes.
