Did intermittent dieting yesterday. I did not work out as it was my rest day. I seem to have lost 100 grams. Today is my work out day which means I workout early 7am in the morning, which also means that intermittent dieting does not work. I have to eat at this time to make the most out of my workout, protect and build muscles.
