Wow let my gaurd down. It does not seem like I am eating poorly at all. I have a treat now and then. Whats funny is that after I lose, I can get away with this for about a month even continue to lose. But just make some poor choices for a little bit and I can not recover by eating sensibly. Back to the Diet soon. Going to get down below 200. The real challange is not loosing weight, but what not to eat that puts me back on the gain trail. I must figure that out.
