Prepping my chicken and evaluating last weeks training. Not my normal weigh lifting schedule by any means but I Squeezed workouts in anywhere I could. Got it done on lunch breaks, during lacrosse practices, at the gym at work in my boots, and mutlitasking during my home gym sessions. The cold, rain and wind haven't helped my motivation but Im still making it happen.

You can make a recipe called Leg Press Chicken. I'd subscribe to that 😋💪

Way to multitask and fit in anything you can anywhere! My extra fitness is walking across the building and down steps to the bathrooms to get extra steps in when not in the gym!

FatD1960 walking is excellent! I contribute walking as the biggest factor in my initial weight loss besides diet

Shark3000 thanks buddy my resting heart rate has dropped 15 bpm since I added the cardio back in. Weight lifting is excellent but it's only part of a balanced exercise plan and cardio is equally as important for overall health. I expect to be down in to the high 40s resting heart rate in the coming months.

Thank you everyone the support is much appreciated and this community has been a huge part of keeping me pushing forward. I know all of our lives are very hectic but small things add up big over time. Going for a 15 minute walk instead of sitting or doing some body weight exercises can be Great additions to your routine. Let's keep crushing those goals together 💪

The things you mention are interesting, I agree, about the bpm I didn't know that it could change so much by including cardio, I'm going to do tests :)

Shark3000 nice its always worth trying some new stuff out ! I have been doing a slow build for my cardio by only increasing distance and total running volume alittle bit each week to avoid last years knee issues. I have also been following an 80 / 20 style of heart rate training for my running so 80 percent zone 2 if it gets into bottom or mid zone 3 I don't care too much. But only 20 percent of the time is it anything harder of an effort then that.
