Its been 4 months since I reset my eating lifestyle (incl many days of poor choices) - but mostly eating whole, unprocessed, single ingredient foods and it seems to work for me. Energy working out has been amazing... I have never felt this good.
59,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
