Even if I started taking care of my weight last November, I decided to journal here also.
Last November, I was at 148 and I'm now at 145.
Today, I've overeaten as I finally realized that my sister has cancer and even if I learned it a week ago, I'm feeling very strange. Tired, a little depressed, sleep deprived etc.
I've eaten only to stay healthy.
Tomorrow, I'll be more careful with my diet.
