So after research I am going to try a LCHF Paleo. I was on Atkins a long time ago and did loose some weight it was not difficult but after reading last night I know what went wrong and why. Had the last Christmas celebration yesterday in Kansas. Upon reflection 6 oz is not a bad weight gain... There is much more scouring of Pinterest for lunchbox ideas. TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY WITH NO SUGAR. work from 12-6 and off to the GYMN for some walking. I started a walking journal. Recorded mileage and the first goal is to "walk" to Rolla. Google says it is 104 miles and 35 hours away by walking. Funny, it seemed to be such a small goal.
