Has anyone else found that eating read meat and drinking alcohol while trying to shed kilo's makes it almost impossible? The day after I'm up by one kilo🤔

Thank you Faith and Oretia I'm still on a buzz from seeing the difference and looking forward to the changes I'll see in June :D Roadrunnermom def the alcohol I can drink a few days calories in one night easily and then in my drunken state raid the fridge lol I only drink 2 months out of the year cause my husband works overseas on a dry contract so that helps me stay off the booze, yeah having the support here helps so much.
