Ugh. Trying to resist temptations.

I broke down and had Beth pick me up a premium bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken on the way home. It felt like cheating, but the stats across all categories are showing consistent with all my previous weight loss days.

Still maintaining a 1:7 calorie deficiency, so hopefully it won't make a difference. Time will tell tomorrow.

I am designating Saturday as a cheat day. I will allow myself to go up to one full day's worth of RDI on that day, but ONLY if I maintain good eating habits.
