I weigh myself every other day or so. Once The Biggest Loser starts again at the end of September my "official" weigh-in will be the morning of the episodes, I think that's Wednesday mornings. I used last Fall's episode as a motivator last year on my way to a 21 lb. weight loss. If they (at 250-500 lbs.) can get on treadmills and run then why can't I at 178?! It's soooooo much easier for me to pick up this weight. Plus, I make myself exercise the entire 2 hours the episode is on even if its just jumping jacks. Anyway, so to that's my long winded answer lol. I'll start weekly weigh-ins when the show starts lol.
